At Senior Connection and the Central Coast Commission, we understand that caregiving can be both rewarding and challenging—you don’t have to navigate it alone.

We can help with access to meals through our Senior Nutrition Program, provide Medicare guidance through our HICAP program, and connect you with other community services through Senior Connection.
