November is National Family Caregivers Month
November is National Family Caregivers Month, a time to honor the millions of family members who provide care and support to older adults, people with disabilities, and those with chronic illnesses. Caregivers often balance medical responsibilities, emotional support, and daily tasks all while managing their own lives.

The Board of Directors of the Central Coast Commission for Senior Citizens invites the public to attend its monthly meetings. These meetings are held in accordance with the Ralph M. Brown Act and the California Department of Aging (CDA) guidelines for public transparency and engagement.
